Our fee based small group training department puts together a variety of programs to reach every-ones needs. The programs invite clients of all ages and skill level to try something different and new to their workouts. Whether you are looking for more strength, power, stability, body awareness or general conditioning to mention a few, these programs can and will get you there. Here at The Big C we offer Cross Training (BCXT), Pilates Reformer, TRX and Personal Training.
