Exercise Studios

The Big C Athletic Club offers several group fitness studios and over 65 group fitness classes per week, taught by qualified instructors who love their job! Our large Cardio room is spacious with lots of cardio equipment and hosts classes such as Zumba®, Zumba Toning®, Tai Chi, Muscle Conditioning, Barbell Interval, Stability Ball, Mat Pilates® and more!  Our Cycle Studio is ideal for our high energy cycle classes.  We are proud to have our bikes serviced weekly as to make sure your ride is a safe one! 
 
The Yoga Studio is calm, clean and nestled toward the back of our facility, making it perfect for all mind & body modalities. 
 
Our Pilates Reformer Studio is open for private group training, and taught by well respected Pilates Reformer trainers.  Please note that as a member of The Big C Pilates Reformer classes are offered to you at a very reasonable fee.
