Qi Gong

Master Adam Wallace is certified, with 26 years experience, having trained in China, under some of the most respected lineages and most famous grandmasters.  He recently relocated from the East Coast, where he was teaching group classes, seminars and private students, and contracted to teach for universities, premier heath clubs and mayor’s offices for 20 years.  He has written articles for number of publications and a column for Qi Magazine for 10 years.
Qigong is a system of ancient Chinese exercise and meditation , or ‘internal training’ for health, vitality, and relaxation.  It employs breath control, movement, posture, and mental focus to mobilize and balance vital energy (Qi) and open the acupuncture channels.  It trains and challenges balance and brain co-ordination, and reinforces the Mind-Body Connection and awareness.
