The training focuses on functional movements that increases your strength and core stabilization. We blend strength, calisthenics, and core movements together in an interval workout to increase your strength and lean body mass, increase your metabolism, and get you burning more fat and moving better than ever before.
To get started, we set up a 1-1 functional screening where we go over the principal movements needed to achieve the results you’re looking for. The program includes multiple levels within the training to allow all types of people get fit.
