As a new member we encourage you to take advantage of our complementary fitness assessment with one of our certified personal trainers. After you have completed a fitness assessment, the choice is yours as to how you navigate the fitness continuum. Working one on one with a trainer will not only guarantee you fast results, but it will also help you understand how to use proper posture and technique. The trainer will be able to give you immediate education so that you won’t develop bad habits or waste your valuable time doing inappropriate exercises. Whether you are looking to lose body fat, improve your fitness level, increase endurance, or have rehabilitation needs our personal trainers are focused on working with you where you are at right now and getting you to where you want to be.
