Ever since TRX suspension training took the fitness world by storm, we've been rather obsessed with its ability to whip anyone, not just Navy Seals, into shape.  Using the suspension of two straps, TRX is an effective way to build muscle while combining cardio with strength training.  Although it's a fairly simple concept, there is still a lot to know about the core-powered workout. 

TRX Suspension Training is a form of resistance training that involves body weight exercises that develop strength, balance, flexibility, core and joint stability simultaneously.  Suspension training develops physical strength while using functional movements and dynamic positions. Muscle mass increases steadily which reduces the risk of injury and enhances your performance.
 

Integrated exercises engage intensive, interconnected movements, often multi-planer, which require coordinated efforts.  This type of exercise enhances the nervous system's ability to effectively coordinate movement at high levels and build strong motor patterns, increase stabilization and functional muscle mass.  During every exercise, you involve your body (CORE), which is the basis of all efficient and effective human body movements.
